Not sure if you changed any of the CIV settings in the rig but here is my OMNIRIG screen capture and COM PORT capture. Everything must match.

I believe the issues is DTR and RTS enabled in Omnirig.
I recall when I had 3000 I needed to disable one of them (In the com port under device manager, omnirig and in the physical rig)

With the RSP-1 you have two options.

EXT/IO dll driver for SDR# up to v1361

SDR# PLUGIN – VERSION 2.2 SDR# 1411-1500
Note: This plugin will NOT work on SDR# versions greater than 1500

Before you hit PLAY in the MAIN module
Hit the OPT button (also in the MAIN module)
Select RESET.
Reboot the machine

Reset SDRuno.
MAIN MODULE OPT button

Raise the Windows volume to 100% (bottom right next to the clock)
Set the Bose speakers to about 30% volume or whatever you find comfortable.
Set the MAC volume to about 30-40%
