Now we're getting somewhere. Thank you Tech-Support for the explanation and understanding.

Re: SDRuno MW/FM Broadcast Notch
Thank you for the comments so far, however understanding that the RSP2 doesn't support a MW/FM filter in the HI Z position it does have it in the other two antenna ports with reduced sensitivity because of the antenna used (discone). The question remains if the other RSP's can do it why can't the so...

Re: SDRuno MW/FM Broadcast Notch
Hi Andy,
Thanks for the quick reply. Understand the diagram, however it seems the software could resolve the switching issue to use the MW/FM notch in the Hi z position. Here in NY City the filter would be useful I'm sure as it does help in ANT A position. Just a thought in experimenting.

SDRuno MW/FM Broadcast Notch
Just wondering why the MW/FM Broadcast Notch filter cannot be employed in the Hi Z antenna position. Using the ANT A position works but at reduced signal strength because I'm using a discone antenna for ANT A.

Re: New User Problems
Hi Paul, Understanding what is stated in 3.9 of the user manual. However this does not explain the differences in the use of Zero IF mode and Low IF mode. I don't want to input an improper setting if it's not necessary. I would like to believe if a setting is to be changed the reason behind it shoul...

Re: New User Problems
Got the general idea as to why the need to shift the LO a few Khz in order to prevent audio distortion while listening to a frequency in Zero IF mode but if you select Low IF mode there seems to be no need to add that separation. Which begs the question why have a Zero IF mode selection in the first...

Re: Figured out the "Stuck in Seems like LO LOCK Mode" problem
Hi Folks, Been reading the posts about the problems in regard to what appears a LO LOCK. I, as well have experienced the same problem after making a entry into the memory panel. At no time does the LO LOCK indicator turn white, yet I cannot tune past the main SP screen boundaries as if the LO was lo...

Recorder Audio Files
Hello Folks, Been going through the 'you Tube' videos about the RDS 2 and revision 1.21 of SDuno and came up with a question. Trying to use the recorder on the main panel. It appears to be working because it records a .wave file but no audio is heard. The computer sound system is functional. Just no...

SDRPlay & Uno
Just a quick note of a problem I came across while operating HF (Amateur Radio) and the RSP2. I didn't realize that my separate receiving antenna connected to my RSP2 was not grounded. As a result I thought I had destroyed the front end of the RSP2 when transmitting. Contacting Steve of the North Am...
