Hello Larry, I was also stumped with exactly the same scenario here.However, I made the thing to work by a manual install of the previous driver, used in V 1.13, using the Device manager. The "old" version to be used was 5.22.11.9 d.d. 15/11/2016. The "new" version number is 5.22.11.11 d.d. 26/08/17...
