Sync & CRC errors are a normal occurence. It merely indicates that the RDS data was not received correctly at some instance in time. The RDS function in SDRUno holds the error value until it is updated or reset is clicked. Incidentally, the RDS subcarrier resides at 57Khz in the FM stereo signal...

There is likely nothing wrong with your computer. The problem is likely with the pre-API crappy SDR play software. I have an AMD processor, never could get SDRUno 1.22 or earlier to work without hiccups above 4MHZ SR Dec 1, until I installed version 1.23, which uses the SDRplay API service. I see v1...

I have had this happen when standby power was turned off. Standby power is off when the power supply switch is turned off or if line power is removed.

You can use the A input.The A & B antenna ports are both 50Ω inputs. You will get better performance on the Hi-Z port with a balun (4:1 turns ratio) to match 50Ω to the 1000Ω impedance at the Hi-Z port. My balun is connected to P & N with nothing on the G terminal.

Perhaps a RF isolation/impedance matching transformer in the antenna feedline would be a good starting point. The reason I mention this is because I measured a 60VAC 60Hz @ 500 µAmps between my PC and via the USB cable of my RSP2 to the antenna ground. A 4:1 (for the Hi-Z port) isolation transformer...
