Re: RSP2 Band Pass not working?

Thank you for your answer I just measured the signal strengths. The original one is at 397,740MHz and yields about -59,7 dbm RMS. The one at around 130 MHz yields about -99,9 dbm RMS. So i guess everything is fine with my unit? I should also add that the ghost signal moves in the opposite directions...

RSP2 Band Pass not working?

Hello, i have the problem that i get ghost signals in my spectrum. For example there is a strong TETRA station at 390 MHz. I am also picking it up around 130 MHz. it is not supposed to be here. I confirmed that with my other 2 Scanners. Now my question is: There is a bandpass filter from 380-420 MHz...

SDR Console v3 problem

Hello, i really like Sdruno for HF, but for higher Bands like the VHF/UHF i like Sdr console V3. The problem is that frequencies show up somewhere where they are not supposed to. For example, there is a broadband TV Signal around 570 MHz, but it shows up at 230 MHz. Is there a way to fix that? I am ...

I managed to get my RSP2 running with SDRSharp 1500, but is there a way to select the High Z Input or the Bias-T? If there is a way please tell me how to do it.

Re: RSP2 with SdrSharp

Hello Phoenix, If you can get hold of release 1361 or earlier, you can use the RSP2 via the ExtIO plugin. After release 1361, it is not possible to use the RSP2 with SDR# Sincerely SDRplay Tech_Support Thank you very much for responding to me. It is nice that a company replies to its customers. I m...

RSP2 with SdrSharp

Is there a way to run my RSP2 with SDRSharp? I still have a copy of Sdr# 1500 but i did not manage to get it to run. All the guides on the internet i found are about the RSP1. I always get a missing API Error. Is there even a way to run the RSP2 with SDRSharp?

Ideas for future Updates

I really like SDRuno with my RSP2pro. I like the layout of the software and how it is designed especially for the RSP series. But in my opinion, there are some basic features missing. 1.) It would be great to have a feature that marks the frequency on the spectrum display from your stored frequency ...

Sdruno Frequency Marker?

Is there a way to show a stored frequency on the spectrum display? In Sdrsharp you can enable blue markers at the bottom of the spectrum display for stored frequencies. If you hover over these markers with your cursor the name and frequency gets displayed. Is there a plugin for the same thing in Sdr...

Re: SDRplay Notebook interference

Have you connected the shield of the coax adapter to ground? Try a 9/1 balun at the RSP input. Coax shield of course grounded. In general laptop power supplies are very stubborn. They produce high noise levels and are almost impossible to de-noise. Place the antenna as far away from the laptop as p...

Re: SDRplay Notebook interference

Try turning off the notebook's mains power supply and running it from it's internal battery, just as a test. At the same time turn off any switch mode power supplies in the vicinity, they are notoriously bad for producing strong spurious signals. I always run Sdruno without the notebook's power sup...
