Thank you for the reply.
It is strange and I have been using the B port as its cleaner.
It may be a defective unit as I just received it. I have been using a 130' endfed zep by MyAntennas so havn't tried the HI z connection.

Hi, Just received my new RSP2 and have begun using it am enjoying it very much. I do have an issue however. I noticed when I use ant "A" I get a bunch of sperious signals on the 80M band that I do not get using the same connection on ant "B" input. Have not noticed this on other bands however. For i...

Actually, I did post here the question with no response. It has to do with the published noise figures of RSP1 vs RSP2 Here is what I posted after not hearing from the company? I emailed SDRPLAY over two weeks ago and have yet to hear from them. A friend tried several times to contact them and also never received a response.
Is this the norm with this company?

Big difference in Published SNR

Hi, I am looking at getting a RSP1 or RSP2 in reviewing the SNR's it appears the RSP1 is mush poorer than the RSP2. RSP1 is listed at 12.5@3mhz,12@10mhz and 11.5@20 whereas the RSP2 is 8dB@3,2dB@10,1.6dB@20. That is a significant difference if the published numbers are correct. Can anyone confirm th...
