Update. I removed the dual FET as it's definitely faulty. More digging about suggests that it is a DMG1016UDW which is a complementary pair. This matches with the voltages with the device removed. The bias voltage is still on the source of one of the FETs so I think it will work when this is replaced.

I stupidly pumped 12V into the antenna socket from another receiver. I forgot that it had a 12v bias tee. The RSP1A still works but I have blown up the bias T drive. Looking at the board I know I have destroyed the device marked CA1 and possibly the device marked CJZ. Can anyone identify these? The ...
