The 3.0 and 3.1 ports must be OK as I have had and currently have other devices plugged into them now that are not having any problems. Since moving the SDRplay to one of the 2.0 ports still no problems unless it has something to do with the USB cable. IDK?? I am just glad we got it working.

My PC has 2.0, 3.0 and 3.1 USB ports. I have been trying the 3.1 and 3.0 ports and after reading your reply I tried a 2.0 port and I am up and running now. Well actually it's more like crawling. The error is resolved and my SDRplay is now working. Guess this has to be plugged into a 2.0 USB port? No...

I have tried to install my new SDRplay on my Windows 10 desktop by using the Start Here page on the website.
