Omnirig and FT-991a not talking
... omnirig is talking to the Yaesu FT-991a or either that SDRuno is not talking to omnirig. One of the two. Ultimately, I'd like to use SRDuno as a panadapter with HRD running as well. I have seen the videos of using a virtual port splitter such as VSPE or com0com. I'd like to get that working as ...

Re: Using the RSP1a with my Yaesu 1200.
I know of two options using the 1200. 1: An IF buffer board fitted within the 1200 https://www.sdrplay.com/panadapter-if-interface-boards-available-from-kd2c/ 2: Using a TX to GND switch like the one from MFJ. The model number is MFJ1708SDR version B. https://www.mfjenterprises.com/Product.php?productid=MFJ-1708B-SDRS ...

... well, inverted V) for the HF bands. I can also switch it over on any of my ham/CB antennas. I just purchased a used Icom IC-7100 that came with a panadapter (PAT Board), need to install it in the radio. I'll be asking questions about using a dongle with that too. 73 for now, Greg/MDY

Re: Xiegu X5105 as panadapter
SDRuno has a known issue with rigs feed into the RSP via IF, so click tuning is disable until its fixed First make sure that the IF out is enabled in the X5105 system menu #7 (depending on your firmware) Set the IF input frequency in SDRuno to 70.455.000 (this must me in Hz) and enable the offset. h...

Re: Panadapter question - mouse click issue
When using Omnirig for bidirectional communication (to and from the rig) within SDRuno and issues come up, 9x out of 10 it's either an incorrect baud rate, parity setting and or DTR/RTS setting within Omnirig, The virtual com port for the rig or the rig itself. If you uncheck RSYN1 buttton within th...

Re: Panadapter question - mouse click issue
I think I must have misunderstood the problem. My issue is not that SDRUno will not tune an external radio, it won't tune itself to another freq. when this problem happens.

Re: Panadapter question - mouse click issue
cmh31909 you could have improper com port settings ie: baud rate, parity and or DTR/RTS settings.
This could cause these types of communication issues.

Re: Panadapter question - mouse click issue
... problem with my setup. I wonder if they will get that fixed in an upcoming update? Seems like a pretty important feature for people using it as a panadapter. Hope they are able to get that fixed.

Re: Panadapter question - mouse click issue
That scenario does not apply to me then.
I have an antenna connected directly to the SDRPlay.
Perhaps there are multiple bugs causing the same issue?
