Re: New user having problems - can't hear!

Hello Pascal, I suggest you send an email to support-usa@sdrplay.com and they will try to help you. However, when you do so, be sure to send screen shots showing your tuner settings, spectrum display and waterfall. You ought to be able to receive decent signals with a 10m long wire, but 30 m would b...

Hello Billy,
Yes, I am afraid this is a bug. We are working on a fix and hope to have one available very soon.

Re: SDRPlay with SDRuno. Dream not decoding DRM!

Hello Surfking61, Are all of the three 'LED' indicators in DREAM green? You will not get any audio unless they are all green. What SNR do you have on the DRM signal? Make sure you are not overdriving DREAM? If your audio slider from SDRuno is too high, you will put too high a signal into DREAM and a...

Re: Can't run Mirics SDR on my PC

Hello XOR42, The Mirics chipset that underpins the RSP was designed to operate using high speed USB 2.0 ports only. As previously mentioned, some USB 3.0 chipsets unfortunately exhibit less than perfect backwards compatibility to high speed USB 2.0 devices and as a consequence, we only recommend tha...

Re: Problems with receiving Bands

Hi Steve, Can you email support@sdrplay.com with your RSP serial number? Have you another SDR device that you can try to determine whether you might have an antenna problem? As WhoaNellie suggests, it might be worth trying HDSDR also. If you have the same issue with HDSDR, it might imply a hardware ...

Re: SDRUno

Hello John,
We are aware of some driver issues that people have seen with Win 10
(1607) and are looking at a different signature signing system. This should only affect secure boot systems. Can you confirm that you are using a secure boot system?

Best regards,

Re: Ghastly!

Dear Steve, We received the email that you sent to our support team this morning and you should have a reply shortly trying to address the points that you have raised. The RSP is a general purpose SDR hardware platform that works with a range of different software packages. Some are free and some ar...

Re: Rrequency incorrect

Hello Robz, You have a frequency offset set. On the Main Window, select SETT and then Offset. Ensure that 'OFFS1' is NOT highlighted and that 'NONE' IS highlighted. OFFS1 gives an 80 MHz offset, which is what you are seeing. There is no reason why you shouldn't be seeing ATSC signals with SDRuno. Ch...
