Hi I was thinking about developing an open source tool for SDRPlay. Dear SDRPlay users, what utilities you lack in your day-to-day operation of SDRPlay? Very fast spectrum sweep

Hi
Some other SDRs like AirSpy and HackRF can sweep at very fast rates (1GHZ/s and 8GHZ/s respectively) with some modifications in their firmware.
Now my question is: is it something possible in SDRPlay too? I mean, can we develop the equivalent functionality for SDRPlay?

It's a CubicSDR issue, not SDRPlay (I have the same experience here on Mac)
