Re: SDRUNO, OMNIRIG and TS990

... the same, nada, gonna uninstall the lot from this pc and forget about using it with the 990, and just use it on my ts830s and laptop as a panadapter, which was the original plan anyway until i saw a post about using it on the 990 for a better display, not worth the headache anymore, at ...

RSP2 pro and Icom IC7100+ HupRF panadapter

Hello, I installed recently a tap panadapter goard (HUPrf) in my IC7100. the matter is i expected better signals through the board than the original SDRplay alone connected to the antenna. It looks the received signal is a bit lower. I expected ...

Re: Antenna sharing between RSP and Rig?

HI how did you get on with the mfj 1707 ? Did you use the rf sense or hard wire.On the software did you manage to control the sdrplay from the Icom so it stayed in sync.I would like to use it as a panadapter on my ic 7100 with a wellbrook loop.I dont want to damage the preamp. Many regards John

SRDUno, Omnirig and TS-590SG Problem

I'm trying to run SDRUno with an RSP1A as a panadapter for my Kenwood TS-590SG. I've got it interfaced with Omnirig and the radio control is all working but the TS-590SG is beeping at random intervals. The beeps are the same ones that are made ...

Re: SDRUno as panadapter for PROIII

Hi Roger, I have SDRUno showing the PROIII frequency, etc. My problem is, the signal that I am listening to on the PROIII is not lined up with the cursor in SDRUno. For example, in HDSDR, you hit the EXTIO button and it gives you an option to calibrate the software or tuner in PPM unit the received ...

Re: SDRUno as panadapter for PROIII

Hi Roger, Thank you for the tips. So in the RX Control VRX I have CAT disabled. I enabled it in the Main VRX and clicked on RSYNC1 in the RX Control VRX. I am seeing signals no problem, but the frequency readout is showing my IF frequency and stays on that, even when I tune the VFO on the PROIII. Ho...

Re: SDRUno as panadapter for PROIII

Yes Omni-Rig shows up in two places. You only need to change the one in the Main window if you are using SDRuno in panadapter mode with input from the IF of your transceiver. In the VRX you select which rig you want (1 or 2) and you have to click RSYN on the window border to use ...

SDRUno as panadapter for PROIII

Hi group, I'm trying to set SDRUno as a panadapter on my.proiii and I am a little confused about the omnirig settings. There are two windows in SDRUno where you can enable omnirig connections, the main and the Rx windows. Which one do I use, ...

Re: SDR UNO as panadapter - help!

Thanks, but the last time I looked HDSDR did not provide display of VFO-B. And, it uses an unreasonable amount of screen real estate for someone who just wants a panadapter.
