Re: Can't run Mirics SDR on my PC
Hello Billyboy, Sorry to hear you are having problems with your SDRplay installation. I just want to check what you have installed. The only hardware driver you need to install is on our Windows page (http://www.sdrplay.com/windows.html), click on 1.8.1 installer in the blue box on the right I would...

Re: SDRplay and Mac OS, installation questions
Building gr-osmosdr can be tricky depending on where you get the source from. If you follow the Gnu Radio web pages then you have to install Gnu Radio and gr-osmosdr together because if you install gr-osmosdr independently then Gnu Radio is a dependency. Anyway we support the SoapySDR interface on n...

Re: How to use simultaneously multiple SDRPlay modules?
On Windows this is already possible. I have 3 running at the same time.
In the next release of the API for non-Windows platforms you will be able to run more than one RSP at the same time.
We're working hard to get this released soon.

Re: ubuntu 16.04: nothing works!
Hi all, Update... I have a new version of the API working on Ubuntu 16.04 - as we are in the middle of working on new stuff, Ubuntu 16.04 will be supported in 1.9 release of the API - which is due out soon. Sounds like a workaround has been posted above in the short term (haven't looked at it myself...

Re: Raspberry Pi 3 + SDRplay for ADS-B
Hi, If you add --interactive to the command line. Can you say what sort of signal strength you are getting and whether you are seeing a number of planes with lat/lon information. In tests here I have about 175 mile range with my RSP but I think if I was able to raise my antenna up higher it would pr...

Re: New user and interested in supporting SDRplay as a Panadapter
Hi, We aim to reply to every question we receive. The problem is that this forum is a community forum and not really a place for support. I receive all emails directly sent to software@sdrplay.com and I don't remember seeing any query regarding this. Let's hit the reset. We don't support a TCP inter...

Re: How to Get SDRPlay working with Raspberry Pi
When running our modified version of dump1090 you will need the --dev-sdrplay option otherwise it will look for a RTL device.

ADS-B on Windows
ADS-B updated on Windows (http://www.sdrplay.com/windows.html) - as with the recent update on Raspberry Pi it supports 2MHz and 8MHz demodulator modes. I recommend you uninstall the previous version (if you had it) before installing this one. Performance should be better than before. This is still i...
