Re: RSP1A as panadapter
... move across the spectrum. I had this working once. It takes too many actions on the GUI to get things where I want them. I really just want a panadapter on operate everything from the radio. SDR-Console comes the closest but does not handle dual VFOs well. If I could set up SDRUno to work ...

... RSP antenna in 50 ohms on transmit so there is never any overload. It is used in a configuration similar to that shown in the video "AV017 More Panadapter Tips & Tricks". When to use OmniRig and when to use CAT?
I am using SDR Uno as a panadapter for my TS-590. As far as i can see there are two ways of connecting SDR Uno to the rig. OmniRig and CAT. The manual doesn't explain well when to use OmniRig and when to use CAT. OmniRig works fine, CAT ...

RSPDUO and Virtual Radar
... figure out why I can't get the two programs to chat to each other. I am just awaiting a cable to add the SDRplay to the Yaesu FT3000 as a larger panadapter. Computers and me seem to have a misunderstanding about how things should work. Any pointers or help would be great. Gerry.

Re: RSP2 Panadapter Band Change Issue
Hi Martin,
The LO lock was the issue. Once I cleared that, band changes started working. These forums are a great resource for answers, someone is always able to help. Thanks for taking the time to respond.

Re: RSP2 Panadapter Band Change Issue
Dave, Just a thought... When you select a band in SDRuno, it sets an appropriate bandwidth and applies LO LOCK . If you then try to go to a different band on your transceiver, the frequency sent to SDRuno will be outside uno's tunable range. Try releasing the LO Lock and see if SDRuno will follow th...

RSP2 Panadapter Band Change Issue
Hello, I have set up an RSP2 as a Panadapter with my YaesuFTdx5000. I am using the MFJ T/R switch to feed my antenna directly into the RSP2. I'm trying to use SDRuno with my N3FJP logging program, so either one can control the rig. After setting ...

Re: RSP1A as panadapter
Have you tried the IF output mode in SDRuno? - I enable that for the IF output on my FT-950 and then use the band framing buttons just as I would do normally with an external antenna. To enable IF output mode, go into the SETT panel in the Main Window and specify the IF output frequency and press EN...
