This is probably just the pigtail cables from the SMA connectors moving around inside the case. They are very flexible and can touch the side of the case.

As long as the unit works ok, I would not be concerned about this.

It's actually 10 MHz sampling for both I and Q, which gives you 10 MHz of usable spectrum in ZIF mode.
