We at Sdrplay have a call booked this week with Simon Brown at SDR Console to get the latest API working I.e. Removing the gap and allowing tuning across band edges.

Hi captain Nemo. Many thanks for the suggestions. Have you thought about a simple ATU? You can pick them up cheaply on eBay and they can provide a lot of extra selectivity and hence filtering. Best regards, Jon

Hi Léon, I don't have experience of these small compact active antennas but they do get quite good reviews. What you have as a big advantage is height. My feeling is that the longest possible wire taped to the inside of the window would still give similar results. If there is any way to dangle a sma...
