Re: Bothersome spurs
What strength are they (and what noise floor) when antennas are disconnected? And do they extend right up to GHz part of the band? If they are easily repeatable with no antenna, it would be fairly easy to try at a different location and a different computer, but a better USB cable would be a first t...

Still can't edit posts, so:
I see the 'Non - Windows Work Flow' document has been fixed with back slashes where the very long command line was splitting. Thanks for that.

General problem with SDRplay .pdf generation
There seems to be something very wrong with the way pdf files are created for us users. I first noticed it in the 'Non - Windows Work Flow' document, when I tried to cut and paste directly from my (Firefox 53.0 64-bit) browser's rendition. Lines which display as lines have line breaks within them wh...

Re: SDRuno manual updated with comprehensive screenshots added
Typo in a screenshot? I didn't notice it when I installed SDRUno, so maybe it has been fixed and it's just an old screeny, but does it really say - in capitals -

Re: Hello , sdrplay and linux newbee needs help
Hi Gerald, I hope you weren't put off by my posts on Linux support. I've used Linux for many years as my primary OS, but I admit I got in a mess trying to get CubicSDR installed correctly. Also, sorry to hear of your injury. Sounds really painful. Since my last post here on the subject, I installed ...

Re: Recording & VHF Query
Hello again, To play a recording I usually click STOP first in the MAIN window. Then click the OPT button (in main) - Select Input - WAV file. That should open a file dialog from where you should be able to find your file. You can then control Start Stop Pause in the recorder window. All easier to d...

Re: New User Problems
Hi Jim, I also found it pretty unintuitive, but it looks so good and works so well it's worth persevering I think. I can't help much as I haven't tried to use more than one VRX, or the keypad frequency entry. Hopefully someone else can put you right on those, but you can MUTE the volume of the main ...

Exercise Blue Ham?
Hearing a young English sounding operator on 5.2785 MHz USB. Callsign MRE41 on "Exercise Blue Ham" (could be Blue Hand). Stations are working him across the UK. Haven't caught their location. Anyone know what it's about? Operators don't sound very experienced. Initial call was to "Alpha Charlie". Th...

Turns out his needs -ve on the inner PSU connection! Pretty unusual and opposite to mine. It seems to have survived reverse polarity. Thanks.
