Re: SDRPlay2 wont work on SSB

Hello N4MTB, What port on the RSP2 are you using? It sounds like you are suffering from severe overload problems. If you are using ports A or B, have you tried the AM/FM notch filter? If that doesn't help, have you tried the Hi-Z port? That is better suited for use below 30 MHz on the RSP2, whereas ...

Re: RSP1 and ExtIo 4.1 and Decimation

Hello Gio, We can confirm that this is a graphics rendering issue that only seems to show up with SDR#. We do not understand what is causing this, but have seen it with other ExtIO plugins. This problem does not occur with HDSDR, which was why we struggled to replicate your problem. The options are ...

Re: RSP1 and ExtIo 4.1 and Decimation

Hello Gio, I will check again for what you were seeing, but so far, I have not been able to replicate your problem. If I can repeat it, it will certainly be a bug, which we will fix. Just to confirm, you are setting a sample rate of 8 MHz, IF BW of 200 kHz, and you do not have the option for any lev...

Re: RSP1 and ExtIo 4.1 and Decimation

Hello Gio, It is necessary to ensure that your IF bandwidth is less than the final sample rate to reduce the risk of spurious response as a result of aliasing. You should be able to enable a decimation factor of 16 with an 8 MHz sample rate if you have first set the IF bandwidth to 300 kHz or less. ...

Re: Scanner?

At the moment, there is no integrated scanner for the RSP1A, RSP1 or RSP2. This is being planned in release 1.3 of SDRuno, but we can't give a schedule for this. It depends on what problems encounter during development and there are tow interim releases planned first. There are currently two ways to...

Re: HDSDR and sdrply - failur duing extIO_dll installation

Hello Karl, Have you tried downloading the software today? There was a bug affecting 32 bit windows installations that was rectified last night. If you haven't already done so today, please download the software and try to run the installation again. If you are still having problems, please open up ...

Re: Is it makes sense to wait RSP2A?

Hello DVE, I think that perhaps you are misunderstanding some of the basic concepts here. Delta-Sigma ADCs work by starting with a very highly oversampled low resolution ADC (often only 1 bit) and then use hardware decimation filtering to deliver more resolution at a lower sample rate. The ADCs on t...

Re: RSP1A and SDR#

Hello Gio,
If you use the latest ExtIO plugin (released 15th Nov 2017) then you should be able to use the RSP1A with SDR# release 1361 or earlier.
Regarding performance enhancements, we recommend you read some of the reviews that are now starting to be published
