HDSDR is a 32 bit application so I would think you will need the 32bit dll

I think the problem is finding the EXTIO that is compatible with the RTL device as there are a few different types. I used the one from here (http://www.rtl-sdr.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=582) and it works fine with SDRuno 1.04 and my particular RTL device. However, I did have to mess about with ...

Hi Graham, Yes, it works that way - just been using it myself. Click on MCTR as you say, then single left click on any cell and it will tune to that frequency.
