Hi Ernie,
I was running it fine using SDR-Console and HDSDR on a core2duo win7 with 3gb ram, and it runs just fine....

Noel,
it normally means that you just run omnirig first, so i run Omnirig to talk to my main radio, then load (run) sdr-console or HDSDR, which both use omnirig to synchronize radios and your RSP....

Just a quick add, you only need the API driver for SDR-Console, the EXTIO file is only needed for HDSDR...

it's probably a false positive, Jeff Knapps frequency manager suite as always been clean from adware/malware and works good.

One of the best I ever found for SWL was the Global AT-2000, sadly no longer made, but you may be able to find one used
it works extremely well, or now the MFJ1046 is similar...

Dave, I have several RTL's that I'm not using, I just packaged up one for you with HDSDR on disk and will pop it in the mail for you, only 24Mhz to 1.7ghz, but will get you going... Enjoy!! perhaps then we can get you into a RSP one day if you get the bug... i presume your details are good on QRZ.co...

Bob N3OEA, have you tried to contact the guy who did the sdrSharper version, he made some great changes, perhaps we can all get together and get something working???

I'd just settle for a good piece of software written by a radio guy who's a programmer, rather than a programmer who's trying to be a radio guy... Simon's very close with SDR-Console....
