Mark,
on the VFO window, click on audio/playback device and select your relevant VAC
and the center spike should disappear if you are on a frequency after about 30sec, but Simon is working on an update still for the new API, did you copy the new API into the sdr-console folder?

It id done in the ExtIO control panel, select the 8mhz bandwidth, or in sdr-console, when startup and selecting the radio, choose 8mhz as the sample rate. Look under the windows section of the sdrplay.com website and then at the bottom look at the community files, there is a document for sdr-console...

Simon is still working on the sdrplay, and he has only just got the new API, but in my testing, if you can, run the Gain Reduction at 50-55 and up ie lower number, and decrease the visual gain ie -10 etc if thew GR is too high, I normally run my GR at 65-80 but still have the spike at the moment, if...

Yes Barry,
SDR-Console in the external radio will talk to omnirig, which will control the radio.... HDSDR will also do the same...

In SDR-Console using the external radio, you can set the offset, so offset of 9mhz and you are good to go, using the same on my Ftdx3000's IF out...

The newest 0.1.18 Alpha compiled binary runs fine on Win10 try from here and grab the version you need either 32 or 64

on SDR -Console on HF (80m) I run my gain reduction at 75-80 remember this is gain reduction not +gain, so 0 is fully open, and 80 is less, and then you can drop the visual gain also, try running the gain way down 65-80 and see if that removes them...?
