Re: What is the Digital button for in SDRuno?
Thanks. I have been trying to experiment DSD+ but am unsure where to find a DMR stream to listen to. I also looked at Digitalle Radio Mondialle (DRM) with the same problem. Are there any broadcast stations (that can be received in the UK) still using it?

Re: Problems Installing SDRplay/RSPTCPServer - Rasp Pi
Since I am also interested in running my RSP2 remotely on a Pi, I spent a little time looking into this. As far as I can understand it (and it was by no means clear to me from the documentation either, but a few Google searches helped), ExtIO is used to provide external support for third party hardw...

Re: Trying to get SDRplay RSP2 to work on Linux
Tried to compile CubicSDR from the version 0.2.4 source today. Followed it step by step carefully as advised. The good news is that I managed to complete it and it does seem to be working OK!. Phew! At least the frequency selector works normally in the compiled version. In the Appimage version is se...

What is the Digital button for in SDRuno?
I am trying to work out what this actually does. I thought it would bring up some digital decoding modes, but it doesn't seem to. Is just for passing the raw signal to another application to process? Or is there some DMR or D-Star decoding feature hidden somewhere?

Re: Trying to get SDRplay RSP2 to work on Linux
API 2.13 seems to the the current version being offered to users on the SDR play website. https://www.sdrplay.com/downloads/ I was able to obtain 2.11 only by raising a support ticket. There is no earlier 2.x version supplied on the SDR website. I can confirm that I do have the 66-mirics.rules in /e...

Re: Trying to get SDRplay RSP2 to work on Linux
Well, unfortunately it had a sting in the tail.... It no longer worked after a re-boot... Just to confirm, I am on a 64-bit system so I'm using 64-bit versions only, although I do have the 32-bit architecture installed as well for the odd package. I re-installed version 2.13 of the library and ran l...

Re: RSP2 and HDSDR
Ok, not sure why this worked, but I had the same issue with CubicSDR. On the CubicSDR website it gives the following advice: **Note that SDRPlay requires either C:\Program Files\SDRplay\API\x64\mir_sdr_api.dll for win64 or C:\Program Files\SDRplay\API\x86\mir_sdr_api.dll for win32 to be copied to th...

Re: Trying to get SDRplay RSP2 to work on Linux
Well, some progress being made. I got a response to my ticket from SDRplay. They provided me with a link where I could download API version 2.11: wget https://www.sdrplay.com/software/SDRplay_RSP_API-Linux-2.11.1.run I downloaded and installed this version of the API and CubicSDR 0.2.3 now recognize...

SDRuno - WFM, VFO settings and firmware updates
I am using SDRuno with my RSP2 as its the only program I have working at the moment. When I tune into the FM broadcast band (for which there does not seem to be a selector button, so I just type in the frequency) on an FM broadcast station such as Classical FM on 100.100.000 , I can't seem to be abl...

Re: RSP2 no BBC Radio 4 on LW?
I am in the central England, i.e. in Leicestershire, the midlands, a long way from France. Those peaks are mostly a loud hum, very likely mains hum. Not sure what its coming from yet but its something I need to figure out. Having said that, my antenna connector is not properly set up for the Hi-Z in...
