The Main Window settings are for INPUT so don't do it there. Look in RX Control Window SETT panel - under the OUT tab you will see where you can direct the audio output and select the correct output device. There will always be an element of the DC component and you're at maximum gain so I'm not surprised you're seeing it. Reduce the gain and it will improve.

The EXTIO plugins search for available devices and use the first one available. So you can start multiple instances if you have multiple RSPs (just remember that the RSP1 EXTIO will ignore any RSP2 devices and visa versa)

Yes apart from the LNA GR is "absorbed" in the IF GR when the LNA is switched on/off to avoid huge jumps in gain.

You only show the Main Window so we can't see what frequency you are tuned to. If you are at 30MHz or above this behaviour is correct as the HiZ port is only specified from 1kHz to 30MHz
