Re: EXTIO dlls for RSP2
Hi Am I the only one to think that the GUI of EXTIO dlls needs work ? It has a tendency to mask everything on the screen. There are too many linked boxes. The main window could show more useful information like use or not of up conversion and actual LO value. Depending on the software we use it is s...

Re: Android App??
Look here too: http://www.sdrplay.com/community/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=692&p=2784#p2784 To be honest as far as SDR is concerned I found that Intel based devices were much better than Android ones. I believe it is related to the huge mathematical computations involved. Anyway SDRtouch can be handy somet...

Re: Got my RSP2 today! First impressions:
however the clock in/outputs are inviting me a lot to make some passive radar experiments, which of course means buying a second RSP2! Ka-ching! Hi Thanks for this nice report. On that subject is there a software possibility to tune 2 RSP2 exactly the same way ? That could be useful. Shar...

Re: RSP1 with Win10 MiniPC
A few other tips: To spare USB ports I thought it would be clever to use a Blue tooth Keyboard and mouse instead of the one I am using that needs a USB dongle. Very bad idea they need to be paired each time you change machine or even OS on the same one. This requires a real keyboard. Somet...

Re: RSP1 with Win10 MiniPC
No it is only 100Mbps but there is an USB3 port that should allow the use of an external adapter. I tried a low cost adapter mixed with a 3 ports USB3 Hub but had some problems of dis-connexion. Hub seems OK but doesn't allow an external power supply. For the power supply it needs 5V at 3A and there...

Re: Couple of SDRUno feature ideas :)
I would like to see an option to backup all your uno program settings to a file. That way, if your computer goes down, or you install on second computer you could load that backup and get right back to where you were. Hi Since a few weeks I use a trick that may be useful In order to use a mini wind...

Re: RSP1 with Win10 MiniPC
Hi Same good results here with a Nexbox T10 . Improving the cooling of the CPU can be useful on those devices. I run all the programs from network connected drives to free USB ports and power consumption. Beware that Linux support on those machines is not optimal yet and sometimes the included power...

Re: SDRPlay as remote receiver over WIFI
The server is basically a Silex: http://www.silexamerica.com/products/connectivity-solutions/device-networking/usb-parallel-connectivity/sx-ds-3000wn/ Thanks for the link I didn't knew this product existed. I think that transparent access to a USB device on a network is limited by the fact that USB...

Re: Ferrite and interference spikes?
This may be a never-ending quest! Perhaps the best fix will be to move the antenna to the other end of the house from all this electronics, and run quality coax from there. Hi Thanks for your interesting remarks about locally generated interference. One of the antenna I am using is a CA2X4max colli...

Re: SDRPlay as remote receiver over WIFI
I tried this: http://www.usb-over-network.org/downloads/ It works but unlimited version is expensive Tried it with an RTL DVB dongle from an orangePI with only 100Mbps network to a windows PC It seems that 100Mbps is too slow for some USB2 devices. For WIFI I think you must use locally a WebSDR soft...
