Re: Setting up as a Panadapter for TS590SG (HDSDR, VSPE, TRX-Manager and Logic9)
Jon,
I just downloaded VSPE ( 64 bit version ) and trying to figure out where to get started. How did you split com3 into two different ports?
Thanks

Re: HDSDR 2.75 is final now
I recently downloaded, installed and have begun using HDSDR as a panadapter with my FTDX-3000 (all around December 25th +/-). And, it works beautifully. My question is whether I need to download the "2.75 final version", or leave it alone? And, if I should ...

No I'm using ...
3000 RX out to RSP2 (RCA to SMA cable)
RSP2 to PC (USB A to USB B)
3000 to PC (USB A to USB B)
Antenna to 3000
And SDR Uno

Re: span adjustment on SDRuno 1.12
Hi Andy,
I think I figured it out. To get full panadapter span, you have to go to the zero-IF mode. Is this correct?

Re: span adjustment on SDRuno 1.12
... 2.70 with RDS1, I can set the LO to be above the operating frequency, which is preferable from a mixing spur standpoint, and I can get the full panadapter span. What I dislike about HDSDR is that the S-meter and the panadapter disagree by about 10 dB. SDRuno does not have that problem. My real ...

Re: SDR Play and Yaesu FTDX3000 panadapter
Now have 3000 hooked to SRD Uno with 3000 frequency synced with and controllable by SDR Uno.
...and you're feeding the 9MHz IF o/p from your FTdx3000 straight into your RSP2?

Ah...have found my own solution now. OmniRig.
Now have 3000 hooked to SRD Uno with 3000 frequency synced with and controllable by SDR Uno.

Re: SDR Play and Yaesu FTDX3000 panadapter
No, you understood and answered my question, thanks.
But I too have given up already trying to understand what frequency SDR Uno / the radio is on.
Did you find a better solution ? if so can you advise me cable and software-wise ?
Cheers
