I'm glad you've found it, Hugo. I was wracking my brain to think of what it might be but got nowhere!

Re: Seeing spectrum of UHF (HDTV) Broadcast Band
As you suspect, you could see only 10 MHz at a time. There's not a lot to see with digital TV, just 'blocks' of what looks like noise. Looking at analogue TV signals used to be quite interesting as you could pick out the main video signal, the chroma subcarrier and the sound channel.

I use CT100-type satellite cable for all my lead-ins as it is cheap, low-loss up to GHz and flexible. It's a 7mm diameter cable, but with a bit of ingenuity you can fit normal connectors. I tend to terminate in the shack with satellite F-connectors and then adapt from there.

Mike - I use SDRUno these days and that behaves the same. It will always seize up when moving from port 1 to Hi-z, but simply pressing the 'stop' button and then the 'play' button brings it back to life.

Re: Windows 10 professional & SDRUno
Hi Paul. Re the poor results on sync AM mode. Check you are not receiving on top of the LO frequency, as this will cause distortion on AM and locking problems on sync AM. It's always best with any SDR to keep the receive frequency and the LO a few tens of KHz apart. Just click the frequency cursor o...

Re: Choppy/Stuttering audio across platforms.
This is usually a lack of power in the PC. Running the full 10 MHz bandwidth on anything less than a whiz-bang computer will usually cause problems. My i5 laptop (clocked at 2.4 GHz with 4 Gigs ram) is fine up to 8 MHz but stalls and stutters at 10 MHz. At lower b/w's I can play music and surf the w...

Re: Which Windows 10 SDR Software(s) Work with the RSP2?
Surely you don't need to zoom in so close on the main display? The IF display will show the tuned signal up really close without any need to zoom the main one. I usually leave the main window showing about 200KHz (2MHz SR and 8 times decimation) and If I need to look closely at the tuned signal I lo...
