Re: SDRplay RSP2 appears to be useless on Ubuntu
You don't need to register to get the API if you don't want to - go to www.sdrplay.com/downloads and get the API directly. Before executing the .run file you will need to make it executable first by using chmod 755 filename then you can run the installer as you can see in this video... https://www.y...

Re: possible RSPduo driver problem
Please note that SDR-Console uses API 2.13 and this only supports single tuner mode. SDRuno supports API 3.x so therefore can support master/slave mode as well as single tuner mode. If you see the same problem with SDRuno, then I would raise a support ticket (www.sdrplay.com/support) SDRplay Support

Re: Scanner Is Pretty Good, But...
The SDRuno scanner is purely a channelised system. If the specified step size is smaller than the specified audio bandwidth and if the threshold isn't optimised, then it could settle on the sides of a signal, but if used correctly that's not really likely.

Re: Raspberry Pi 3, problems with screen resolution using VNC
Note the above command will DISABLE hardware acceleration which is required for applications like CubicSDR to run properly. So use with caution.

Re: V1.31 ANOMALY
Hello Paul, Couple of things... Firstly, remember that all configuration within SDRuno (including the scanner) is stored under the instance number. So if you have setup scanner presets in the Slave instance, then that will be at least INST1 (unless you have more than just a RSPduo of course) So it's...

Re: Stretching SDRuno over multiple monitors
You can put the panels onto as many monitors as you have. The panels that are stretchable will have a limit - the SP1 panel for example will stretch to 4K size (3840 x 2160)

Re: rsp2 and rtl_airband
There are 2 types of gain in SoapySDRPlay (you will be able to see this in CubicSDR) - one is called RFGR and one is IFGR - if you just specify a gain value, I'm not sure how that will be handled within the SoapySDR framework. Maybe a look in the SoapySDR documentation will help to see how you can p...
