To use GNU with USRP as Oscilloscope

Task is to use GNU and USRP as Receiver and producing result like oscilloscope.
Some specifications as;
Receiving antenna : 2- 2.45 GHz
Waveform time length: 1 ms
Trigger level: 2 V
Edge: positive
Delay time (per-trigger): 0.1 ms
how it will be done?
