No HF receive for 2-months now?????

Hey guys. I am a very patient person, but I have had this RSP1 for 2 months and still no HF reception.
It works fine for VHF, UHF, AM/FM radio, but no HF (HAM, Shortwave, etc.).
The "Manual" is useless, there are no YouTube videos that explain it either. What is going on with your product?
I've used the EXT I/O API, still no HF reception-just noise.
I'm not a Hot Head who complains about the simplest thing, so don't take this post this way. I just want to use the RSP1 as advertised.
You guys need to start from square one, and do a better job of explaining the basic functions of your product. I will not be purchasing the RSP2 as I had planned to do, so you guy just lost another sale.
I understand that this is a "Work in progress", that is why I kept trying for 2-months. I have lost faith in you and your product-that is so sad.
You have taken a very good concept and made it into an instrument of torture. What were you thinking?
