Newbie - RSP2 Pro - I hear nothing

I just installed the software connected my antenna. Plugged in a few freq's known to be active, only static. Using Windows 10. Possibly I have the setting on the console incorrectly set, but struggling to find anything that is causing this.

any help would be appreciated.

Your best bet would be to open up a support ticket via www.sdrplay.com/support/

You will need to provide your device serial number, where you purchased it (so that we can assign a support agent in the right geography for you) and ideally screen shots showing your settings and spectrum display.

We should be able to help you out that way pretty quickly.
