RSP1A & Cubic SDR

I received my SDRplay yesterday. I tuned in a strong SSB signal on 20 meters, switched the antenna to the RSP1A. The signal was hardly noticeable on the waterfall, even when I raised the gain. Switched antenna back to receiver and the signal SSB was still strong.
I'm open for suggestions!!

It's probably the gain setting, by default it will be 3 or 4, change it to 0
If you are still having problems, posting a screenshot here (include the device selection panel so we can see the settings) will help.

Hi! Are protective diodes interestingly costed on the entrance of SDRPLAY RSP1A me?

Yes there are ESD protection diodes on the RSP inputs.

Say please, in SDRPLAY RSP1A mode of Bias - T how to disconnect / to include, or he does not become disconnected? Thank you!
