I had some problems with 2 s/w programs to run my brand new SDRPlay. The customer service provided by Mr. Brightman, who is aptly named, was better than excellent.

If you have any trepidation involving getting going with SDRPlay, you may dismiss your worries. He saw the impediment instantly in both cases, and resolved it in very simple terms.

Quite the new thrill for me!
