Thanks for the informations, planning to set it up using virtual cable later on.VK3MHZ wrote: ↑Tue Aug 06, 2019 10:01 amIt would be great if SDRUno also included a record function that allowed you to record the current audio on the current frequency to a wav file. Maybe one day. I am not a programmer so I don't know the implications of adding such features.
All this aside, you can still record audio from SDRuno with the use of Virtual Cable, you download it here: https://www.vb-audio.com/Cable/
For recording you can download OcenAudio, which is free: https://www.ocenaudio.com/ Windows, Mac and Linux versions available.
It can record in many formats and sample rates at bit rates of 16, 24 and 32 bits. The program gets updated regularly, and offers many great features such as the ability to run VST plugins. If you so desired you could add compression or limiting or even EQ to the audio track later on.
In the preferences (Edit > Preferences > Sound) if running Windows select 'Direct Sound' and the output device, I use an external audio interface, so I have the audio output set to it,
