SDRplay Community Forum

I have really enjoyed the whole idea of SDR. About a month ago I had gotten an RTL-SDR. It was okay and I've decided to keep it but when I realized it could got not get SW I looked to the SDRPLAY RSP. On a whim, I figured since I was getting a better SDR maybe(haha) I'd get just a little better reception with a discone. I set the sdrplay and the discone up in my room(I know bad idea) and was not really impressed with the reception.

So I bought some rigging hardware and planted that antenna on the roof and wow I'm impressed.
