Registering a 2nd RSP1
Registering a 2nd RSP1
Hi,
I registered my first RSP1 the recommended way as part of the initial setup.
How do I register my second RSP1 please? The device works without having to go through the setup process a second time. Or, do I need to go through the complete setup process a second time? There's no problem if this is necessary, I'm just not sure.
Regards,
David

Re: Registering a 2nd RSP1
Dear David,
All you need to do is to run through the 'start here' process again and put your new serial number and contact details in again. You can completely skip all of the software installs. As long as you have the unit registered, we will be able to support you if you have any problems with your second RSP.
Sincerely

Re: Registering a 2nd RSP1
Hi,
Thanks for pointing me in the right direction. Both RSP1s are registered now.
What threw me was the wording of stage 4 from the Start Here screen. It says:
4. Download API/Driver
Click here to download the Windows API & Hardware Driver Installation (V1.8.1 released 11/Jan/2016)
OR
I already have the API/Driver installed and working correctly Skip to next step
I kept clicking Skip to next step. In order to register you have to choose Click here to download in order to see the registration page.
Regards,
David
