I am very happy with SDRuno but it annoys me that the UTC time is in am/pm format, All the schedules and memory databases are in the 24 hour format. I cannot figure out how to change this. Am I missing something?

Cheers, hb

PS. I am getting old and my mental calculator is also slowing down.

I am not sure if I understood correct. Where in the software do you see am/pm format?

Hello,

The UTC clock can be displayed in the main panel by going to the panel settings under the MISC tab and checkmarking SHOW UTC CLOCK. It seems to default to 12 hour time format and i see no way to change that.

Hello
OK. But mine does not show am/pm. Maybe this is taken from the time format settings in the system (Windows). Mine shows the German time format HH:mm:ss for 24h. Maybe your PC is set to hh:mm:ss which means 12h.
I think this is a system setting in your PC.

Guten Tag, Heinrich,

You have solved my problem. I just have to set the system clock to 24 hour format. Easy.

Vielen dank and Cheers, hb

UTC is ALWAYS in 24 hour format, that's the definition. Local time may or may not be in 24 hour format and should have NOTHING to do with the display of UTC time. AM or PM post-pended to UTC time is just wrong.

This hasn't been touched since before we acquired the software. I will add it to the list of things to address in a future release.

RSPduo, SDRuno V1.31

System clock is set to display 24 hr format, and bottom left of SDRuno main display shows this, including UTC tag if selected.
However if you enable the time mark display in either of the SP displays, the time label is in AM/PM format.

Wouldn't be the first time I've missed something?
