Help a Newbie With Initial Setup Problem
Help a Newbie With Initial Setup Problem
I was able to enter an FM broadcast frequency directly when I first initialized everything & it worked fine.
Now when I enter one, I see it in the tuner display, see the correct one in the waterfall however, the LO shows something different.
I must have changed some setting but I have no clue.
I enter 92.1, set it to FM, and the LO shows 342.53. I hear static but no radio station.
I don't see the signal in the waterfall either.
Is there a decent beginners document, more basic than the Cookbook, to be sure I get all the settings correct?
I also want to try the strong signal of my local NOAA station.
I'm not on Facebook nor do I want to be so that group is not an option for me.
Thanks!
Brian

When you are setting the frequency you need to type in kHz, so to get 93.0 MHz you would type 93000 and then hit return. As soon as you press . you are now typing in Hz
If that's not the problem drop us an email at support@sdrplay.com with a screenshot and we'll get you up and running.
