Watched the video for the SDRuno with the RSP2. I can't get the spectral display to move left or right when mouse is over the frequency indication at the bottom of the display. Also when I hit the shift button the whole thing is yellow and can't move the yellow line. The arrows show up to slide it left or right.

What am I missing??

If the whole frequency scale turns yellow you're fully zoomed out (so there's no zoomed area to shift left or right). Zoom in a little and you'll see how it works.
