What is "Decimation"?
Re: What is "Decimation"?
Hi,
What I see is decimation from 2 to 16 acts like a "zoom" in the total span previously selected (2 to 10Mhz).
As a direct consequence, the data flow sent to the PC is lower and the CPU is less used.
Increasing Decimation slow down the flow sent to the USB port and reduce the range of frequencies available in the SDRuno receiver.
Regards
Eric
