VB Cable - Can't get it to work with Fldigi or HRD

Sorry to bring this up again as this is a common topic, but I am reaching a point of frustration.

I am using SDRuno with a SDRplay 1, and it works very nicely except for my inability to receive digital modes. I have installed VB-Cable, and have successfully installed the drivers and activated them. Fldigi also sees the VB-Cable, and I have activated it as the audio input as SDRplay has a VB-Cable as the output.

Problem - Fldigi does not see anything, and I have no audio. The latter is likely due to the fact that I don't have VB-Receive, but the former should not be. What am I missing that would allow me to align these signals and allow me to receive PSK31 and OLIVIA

Added note - I did get some help from N3ZP's thread, which is how I was able to set up the VB-Cable.
