DISABLING A L L AGC ACTION

I am attempting to capture extremely fast transients in the MF and HF regions. I have AGC turned off, at least according to the menus. However, it appears there is still some AGC with some significant hang time on both the spectrum and waterfall. How do I disable ALL AGC action? Please don't remind me about digital saturation. I know all about that. This was extremely easy, including setting attach and decay times in SDR#. Evidently not so with SDRUno.
