Sdruno Frequency Marker?

Is there a way to show a stored frequency on the spectrum display? In Sdrsharp you can enable blue markers at the bottom of the spectrum display for stored frequencies. If you hover over these markers with your cursor the name and frequency gets displayed. Is there a plugin for the same thing in Sdruno? Is there going to be an update for such a feature?
