FM Stereo problem for v1.22

Post by avicsuk » Wed Jan 24, 2018 3:44 am

I am a RSP2 user. After upgrading SDRuno to v1.22, it was found that when listening to commercial FM stereo broadcast, the audio became distorted like overloaded signal. This problem does not occur n v1.21 and SDR Console v3.

I have tried changing the IF and RF gain setting but the problem still exist.

Anyone have experienced the same problem with SDRuno v1.22?

You have to lower the volume from SDRUno to 50% or less.

Thanks for the help. Problem solved.

When the reception mode was switched to WFM, the audio was not distorted even when setting the volume to 100%. Why the problem occurs to sterero reception only?

I shouldn't know. I am a newbie on SDR.
I bought a receiver last december.
I also mentioned that WFM reception is distorted.
After lowering down the SDRUno volume it sounds great.

Also, be sure that your VFO is offset from your LO. Many issues can occur when don't offset them.
