I downloaded CubicSDR-0.2.0-win64.exe to my computer and installed, but it's not seeing my SDRplay RSP2? I've restarted the computer, unplugged the USB cable going to the RSP2 then plugged it back in after starting the CubicSDR and it still doesn't see the RSP2. I've hit refresh several times, still won't show. What am I doing wrong?

You most likely will have to copy mir_sdr_api.dll from the API installation directory into the CubicSDR installation directory. If you have the 64bit version of CubicSDR then you will probably need the 64bit API dll (there will be x86 and x64 directories)
