Issue with VAC , loose audio to speaker

Post by wa8nwt » Fri Mar 23, 2018 4:17 pm

Attempting to use digital programs, when clicking on audio out to VAC loose audio to speaker. How do I maintain audio on speaker and also use VAC for digital programs like WSJT-X ?

Do you have 'Listen to this Device' checked in the Listen Tab of Cable Output Properties? Cable Output will be listed as a Recording Device

No, did not have "Listen to this device" checked. I will have to try that later though when home. . Is that option in VAC or within SDRUno? I'm using VB-Audio program. I lost my key code for VAC, so may have to repurchase .

'Listen to this device" is a property of VAC Cable Output. (Right click on the speaker icon in the taskbar & select 'Recording Devices')

Thank you Mike. That took care of the issue with audio and VAC.
