LO Locked 60,000,000

Hi, new to the group. I have a couple weeks old RSP2 pro using SDRUNO. I had an update today for Windows 10. This afternoon reconnected usb cable to the RSP opened SDRUNo and freq was 60mhz, LO was 60mhz with LO Locked indicator white and words under the LO freq LO Is Locked. If I use the indicator to unlock the white turns off but the LO remains locked. The words under the LO do not change and I cant change the LO freq. I tried changing bands, the main freq changes but the LO remains 60mhz.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
