The most recent version - for Windows - of Qt-DAB can be found in the releases section of the repository "https://github.com/JvanKatwijk/qt-dab"
To make life easier (at least for me), in the windows-bin.zip (zipped) folder, more windows versions of programs are stored: the dabradio program (a simpler version for DAB), the fmreceiver program, the wfm-rpi (small fm receiver) and the qt-1090 program are contained in the zipped folder
and they are all able to handle the SDRplay-duo, and all have - thanks to Andy C from SDRplay - pretty much improved gain handling.

For Linux (x64), there is an appimage for qt-dab, dabradio and sw-radio-8: just have the (2.13) library installed and the appimage contains all
other dependencies and - after setting the exec bit - can be executed. These appimages are automatically constructed each time an update is made to the repository, so there are always up-to-date.

For the RPI, the appimages are not yet adapted to handle the duo, working on it.

If you have questions, feel free ...

I just uploaded AppImages for use in an RPI2/3 under Stretch.
The last remark on my previous comment therefore is outdated (obsolete)
