Drivers won't install

Post by douglas_alspaugh » Sat Oct 13, 2018 1:26 am

Windows 7 looks in windows update finds something installs it and then says drivers not installed. I did successfully install the API driver and Win4K3 runs correctly. How can I install the drivers manually. I uninstalled 3 times and each time the same thing happens.

Thanks Doug

I don't claim to be an expert in Windows or RSP drivers, but there's plenty of chatter about having to make sure W7 is fully updated or the drivers won't go in. Probably a few threads on here if you go back a bit.

Update after reinstall.
Installer said that driver was successfully installed but it won't run. Checking sdrplay properties it says won't start code 10.

Thanks
Chris

Hello folks,
If you are having any software installation or other problems, I strongly suggest that you open up a support ticket at

www.sdrplay.com/support

This forum is not the vehicle by which the company provides technical support

FYI I went to the SDRplay tech support and they suggested trying a different usb cable. I did and that made it work.
Thanks again
Chris
