Unable to get this to work with my Icom ic-7300 with sdruno. Can someone advise with regards to settings that will sync radio to the software? cheers

You might consider using Win4IcomSuite for Icom Radios. Full transceiver control, RSP panadapter built-in and can interface to any third party software programs including HRDLogbook, DM780, DXLab Suite, N1MM+, Log4OM, and many more.
