When shutting down, the Recorder and Scanner windows stay open along with the following Access Violation popup appearing:

I found a simple workaround to avoid the Access Violation popup. To shutdown, first manually close the Recorder and Scanner modules, and then close the Main module, which will shutdown everything else.
